Jnetics is proud to welcome back its Bio Futures A Level Conference for 2026, an inspiring day dedicated to exploring the present and future of discovery in Biology. Taking place on Tuesday 9th June, this event offers A Level students a unique opportunity to go beyond the classroom and engage with cutting-edge science in a meaningful and accessible way.
Now in its second year, the conference is designed to spark curiosity and deepen interest in Biology by bringing students face-to-face with experts at the forefront of innovation. Attendees will gain valuable insight into real-world research, emerging breakthroughs, and the pathways that lead from school study to scientific careers. It is also an excellent opportunity to enrich your personal statement with evidence of wider engagement and academic enthusiasm.
This year’s programme features exclusive talks from leading figures in the field, including Professor Hannah Mitchison, Professor of Molecular Medicine and Head of the Genetics and Genomic Medicine Research & Teaching Department at UCL, and Dr Gideon Coster, who leads a research lab at The Institute of Cancer Research investigating the mechanisms behind harmful faults in DNA replication.
Whether you’re considering a future in science, medicine, or research, the Jnetics Bio Futures Conference is your chance to be inspired, informed, and connected to the world of modern biology.
